Refund policy

We have a 7-day return and a 14-day exchange policy which are calculated since the items are delivered to you by the logistics partner. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It must have a production defect, which will be verified by the company. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a valid reason for return or exchange, some of which are mentioned below.

To start a return or exchange, you need to contact us at contact@nalphi.com and specify the valid reason for return or exchange.

If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

If a return is approved we will get the item collected from you and, upon receipt, initiate refunding of your payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund payment.

If an exchange is approved we will get the item collected and, upon receipt, ship a new item to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
